FEATURES / CHARACTERISTICS

This piezoelectric micro pump is one of delivery pumps, which uses highly chemically inert materials such as PTFE, PEEK and perfluoroelastomer etc. for the wetted parts in order to improve its chemical inertness of standard piezoelectric micro pumps. It is most suitable for the delivery of chemical reagents and solvents etc.

  1. Small in size, lightweight, and slim.
  2. The typical flow rate is 15 mL/min, which is adjustable by changing the drive voltage or drive frequency.
  3. Produces low noise and low power consumption.
  4. Self-priming is also possible.
  5. A dedicated controller or driver is required to operate this pump. We do also have a pump with a built-in driver as well.
