FEATURES / CHARACTERISTICS

This piezoelectric micropump is a delivery pump that uses highly chemically inert materials such as PTFE, PEEK, perfluoroelastomer, etc., for the wetted parts to improve its chemical inertness standard piezoelectric micro pumps. It is most suitable for the delivery of chemical reagents and solvents etc.

  1. Small in size, lightweight, and slim.
  2. The typical flow rate is 15 mL/min, adjustable by changing the drive voltage or drive frequency.
  3. This pump produces low noise and low power consumption.
  4. Self-priming is also possible.
