FEATURES / CHARACTERISTICS

This micro solenoid diaphragm isolation valve is a zero-pumping volume-type of the diaphragm isolation valve. PTFE is the material used for all of the wetted parts giving it excellent chemical compatibility. The outer dimensions of this valve are very compact at only φ12.0 x H 48.1 mm.
