   The internal volume of the valve chamber, which can be a dead volume, comprises only 0.75 μL of the internal volume of the valve.
4. Latching Solenoid Valve (NLV)
   The open/closed status of the valve is maintained by permanent magnetic force, contributing to energy saving and lower heat generation. Power is required only while changing the status (Open to Closed, Closed to Open). It is necessary to reverse the current polarity to change the status.
