This manifold mountable diaphragm valve has dimensions of 8.9 x 10.4 mm, giving it a footprint of fewer than 1 cm2. This solenoid diaphragm valve simultaneously exhibits a minimal internal volume of 3.3 μL at the IN port and 8.3 μL at the OUT port and shortens the flow path between ports.
