Features
This is a fluidic module that works as a reagent-prefilled cartridge. The cartridge is made from plastic, and is disposable. It has syringe pumps that also perform as reagent reservoirs. By pushing a gasket inside a syringe, you can accurately dose the reagent. The cartridge also has a waste reservoir so you can dispose of chemicals easily.
The black part in the photo is a cartridge holder that has rods to operate the syringes manually for demonstration purposes. The operation can be automated in a production unit.
