Announcement about New Holding Company Structure and Management Change

Takasago Electric, Inc. (d/b/a: Takasago Fluidic Systems) would like to announce that we have established a holding company with the aim of becoming a company group, and have renewed the board members accordingly. Starting from the 1st of October we aim to introduce new measures to further improve customer and employee satisfaction by implementing the following new management structure.

Takasago Electric, Inc. has become a 100% subsidiary of the newly established “Takasago Holdings, Inc.”. Our legal and commercial relationship with our customers and suppliers will remain the same, with a few exceptions.

Corresponding to the transition to the holding company structure, we have introduced an in-house company system.  The new in-house companies, “Fluid Control Systems Company” and “Future Creation Company”, are expanding our existing businesses and developing new businesses, respectively, under each CEO’s leadership. The new board members are shown below.

The transition to the holding company structure and the in-house company system will be the first step towards our aim of forming a company group that has diversified management styles.
