This micro solenoid diaphragm isolation valve, the EXAKN series, is a zero-pumping volume-type of the diaphragm isolation valve. FFKM is used for the seal part, and with this, the valve has an increased sealing ability. The outer dimensions of this valve are very compact at only φ14.0 x H 42.3 mm.
