
This is a diaphragm micro pump driven by a piezoelectric element. This pump is a larger size than the standard type so it is able to pump a larger flow rate.
- Small-sized, lightweight and slim.

- Flow rate is adjustable by changing drive voltage or drive frequency.
- Self-priming is possible.
- A dedicated controller or driver is required to operate this pump. We do also have a pump with a built-in driver as well.
